What is Revel Board + Beverage?
We are a catering company that creates grazing boards, grazing tables, and bar service in the Greater Portland area. We offer everything from cheese and charcuterie boards, to crudité boards, to brunch boards. You can order a grazing board on our website, or contact us so we can create the perfect grazing table for your next event. We also are fully licensed to serve liquor and offer bar service where either we provide the alcohol, or you do. We provide the staff, ice, mixers, garnish, bar tools, coolers, and chilling tubs.

Do you have a storefront?
No, our location in Yarmouth is our prep kitchen, not a storefront. It is not open to the public except for when we host pop up shops or events. The best way to reach us is via email. 
How do I place an order?
Go to the 'ORDER' tab on this website. You can select which boards you would like, customize them, and add them to the shopping cart. Once you're ready to check out you can schedule your pick up day and time in the shopping cart, then pay. That's it!
Do you do events?
Yes! Our background is in catering and event planning - we love events. Grazing tables make show stopping centerpieces for bridal or baby showers, engagement parties, weddings, cocktail parties and holidays. We can come to your location, style a grazing table on site, then depart before your guests arrive. We also offer the option for us to come back and clean up. Grazing tables are fully customizable, contact us for a quote.
Do you offer bar services?
Yes! Revel is fully licensed and insured to provide mobile bar service. We have a variety of different packages, reach out for more info. 
Do you deliver?
When we can. It depends on the volume of orders we have that day and what time you need your board. We can’t always fit it in but if you live within ten minutes of Portland we will try if you ask! Large orders may be eligible for delivery outside of the ten minute radius. A delivery fee may apply.
How do I know what size to get?
Each board description includes the number of people the board serves. All serving sizes are as appetizers, so if you are getting your board for a meal we suggest sizing up.

What will be on my board?
All ingredients are based on availability and fluctuate from season to season. If you have specific items that you’d like or don't like, let us know in the 'special request’ box on the order form and we do our best to accommodate. Every board comes with a menu card listing what is on it and no two are exactly the same.
Do the boards come with crackers?
Yes, all boards come with crackers packaged on the side so that they stay fresh.
If I order my board on a wooden tray, do I keep the tray?
Yes!
Can you accommodate allergies, dietary restrictions, and special requests?
Yes! You can select some common allergies and dietary restrictions in the order form. Anything else should be noted in the special request box. Checking one of the allergy or dietary restriction boxes indicates that you would like the entirety of your board prepared that way. For example if you select 'Gluten Free' you will receive an entirely gluten free board with all gluten free crackers. If you would prefer a regular board and crackers with additional gluten free crackers, check the 'Some Gluten Free Crackers' in the Add Ons section.
Can I pick up my board the day before I’m going to serve it?
We recommend ordering your board for the same day you plan to serve it so that it is as fresh as possible. However, if you are planning to serve it the next day let us know so that we can package it to hold.
How do I store my board?
In the fridge until thirty minutes before you plan to serve it, cheese has the most flavor when served at room temperature.
How far in advance should I order?
We open our calendar up to 30-60 days in advance. If you have an event or large order we'd prefer to get you on the calendar as soon as possible, just email us! Events book out far in advance, so we may not always be available if you wait. On the flip-side, we require a minimum of four days notice for an order. If it's within the four day window and you realize you need a board just email us, we might be able to fit it in.
I saw pictures on social media of other kinds of boards (not cheeseboards) - how do I order one of those?
We offer a wide variety of boards, but not all of them work well as a pick up and instead are better suited for events. Many of the boards on instagram are custom items. Email us and we’ll build a custom quote to fit your vision!
